Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Pro and Power Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel Pro or Power monthly billing at any time from billing management or by contacting support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period. You keep access until then.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used monthly billing periods.
- Subscription resume allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not accumulate beyond the stated plan rollover rules.
- If you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge, contact us within 7 days and we will review the issue for a refund.
2. Pro and Power Yearly Subscriptions
- You may cancel Pro or Power yearly billing at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period.
- You retain paid subscription access until the annual period ends.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of an annual billing period.
- If you were charged in error or a technical issue prevented access, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
3. Starter Plan and Resume Packs
- Starter is a one-time purchase that adds 5 resumes to your account.
- Extra resume packs add the purchased number of resumes to your account.
- Purchased resumes do not expire while your account remains active.
- Once any purchased resume from a one-time pack has been used for scoring or optimization, that purchase is not refundable.
- If you purchased Starter or a resume pack but have not used any of the purchased resumes, contact us within 7 days for refund review.
4. Career Pro
- Career Pro is a one-time purchase for long-term resume flexibility.
- Because Career Pro grants a large upfront balance and ongoing monthly bonus resumes, refunds are only considered if you contact us within 7 days and have not used the plan benefits.
- If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review the issue.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@miolo.in from your registered email address.
- Include your payment confirmation details or payment ID from the payment provider receipt.
- Include the reason for the refund request and any screenshots that help us investigate.
- Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
6. Disputes
- If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us at support@miolo.in before initiating a chargeback.
- We are happy to resolve duplicate charges, access issues, or billing mistakes directly wherever possible.
